Anisette

Anisette is a colourless liqueur made from the seed of the anise plant. It is popular in several European countries especially those in the Meditareanean. The most common variants are absinthe and sambuca which both have strong alcohol content. It can be drank on its own or used a base for a number of cocktails. Don't drink and drive, arrive alive.
